Audiobook Narration
Nili Bassman is an award-winning film, television, and Broadway actress and singer who brings decades of character exploration, story development, and vocal technique to her narration. Her warm grounded voice lends intelligence, relatability, wit, sensitivity and confidence to multi-dimensional female characters from all eras. Favorite genres include contemporary fiction, women's fiction, memoir, mystery, self-help, and rom com.
Nili's experience as a parent, an educator, and a special needs parent/disability advocate enables her to connect deeply with parenting literature, multi-generational characters, and stories from the disability community. Her years as a professional dancer and as a songwriter deeply connect her to stories surrounding music, dance and the arts. And Nili's Jewish culture enables her to retell personal stories of the Jewish experience.
When not reading books or on a set, Nili loves traveling and making music and hiking with her family, tap dancing, baking, writing, connecting with her female ride-or-dies, and refurbishing furniture that needs a little love. She is a big fan of old fashioned pen to paper communication and has an uncanny penchant for finding four-leaf clovers!
